Awesome xperience with the boot shop

Needed an emergency fix on my boots after I lost a cuff pivot pin on the hill. All the other gear shops in Whistler looked at me like I was a homeless person wandering in with my old boots. Christopher in the back of the Solomon shop took one look and got right to it. Within 30 minutes I was done and out, ready for the next day. Can’t say enough positive about my experience with this tech person at the Solomon shop. I already sent a ski buddy there who was looking for a new boot and fit. Thanks.

Awesome Product, Excellent Service

The team at this store is very knowledgeable and attentive, especially store manager Mickael. The stitching at the heel on my new, relatively lightly used hiking shoes failed. I did not have the original receipt from 1 year ago. Mickael was able to find the receipt, submit a warranty claim, get the claim approved and offer me a replacement or refund all within one week. Wonderful to have great products backed by great service!
